Support our Culinary team by keeping our shipboard food production areas in excellent condition. As an Assistant Galley Operations Manager, you will ensure that the galley’s support elements – including ware washing, sanitation, cleanliness, equipment, materials, supplies, and par levels comply fully with Company standards. We’d be happy to have you on our team if you have experience as a stewarding supervisor in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, or high-volume food service facility; have extensive knowledge of food handling procedures and public health standards; are Internet savvy; and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
