Commis 2 Butcher

You are responsible for thawing, butchering, and preparing meat and poultry according to the schedule set by the Butcher and Executive Chef. You will also help store meat and poultry in the freezers during loading days. If you have at least two years of experience in a similar role or as a Utility Butcher in an upscale cruise ship, hotel, resort, or convention banqueting service, we’d like you to join us at sea!
