Guest Services Supervisor
The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for Guest Services and Guest arrival and departure experiences on the Destination. This position is accountable for the welcome and farewell experience, Team Member conduct and performance, cleanliness and maintenance of workspaces and equipment, and delivery of Company standards. The Supervisor actively listens to the Guest inquires and extends assistance to resolve issues. This role possesses a strong Guestengagement personality with good social and communication skills. The Guest Services Supervisor leads by example andrequires exemplary organization, customer service focus, effective decision-making abilities, excellent Guest and Team Member engagement, training, and knowledge of the product and service standards. This role supervises Retail Attendants and drives a positive working environment with a focus on customer service and revenue generation.All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
