Responsible for monitoring, coaching, developing and administrating a team of 15-30 employees. This Supervisor is responsible for Agents that maintain ownership of Travel Partner/ Accounts, and are responsible for assisting and improving group sales and increasing revenue for accounts. Must ensure adherence to policy and procedure for all team members, coach and develop employees to meet organizational goals, and ensure performance is within budget goals for organization.
