Pastry Sous Chef

Make every sailing a sweet one for our guests! As Pastry Sous Chef, you will supervise the daily shipboard pastry/bakery operations, ensuring that all items prepared by your team meet food handling, presentation, and quality standards.You will work with the Executive Chef in training your Assistant Pastry Chef and other direct reports. We'd like you to sail with us if you have a culinary degree and at least five years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a large upscale banqueting service, cruise ship, hotel, or resort. Fluency in other languages (including French, German, and Spanish) is an advantage!
