Shore Excursions Staff
As a member of the Shore Excursions Staff, you will promote, explain, and sell excursion tours and packages to our guests. You may be assigned to different venues on board or on shore, and answer guest inquiries regarding tour sales, tour refunds, and general port and ship information. Your responsibilities also include coordinating with other departments when necessary; conducting scheduled tour presentations for guests; maintaining shipboard excursion videos; and working with the Broadcast Technician to shoot additional/new footage (if needed). If you are able to conduct presentations to large audiences; have experience in a similar role; and are able to sell, upsell, and cross-sell services, we want you to join our Shore Excursions team!
