Onboard Revenue and Communications Manager

Boost onboard revenue by analyzing financial data, creating cross-marketing strategies, and implementing plans to increase guest participation. You'll help ensure the consistency of all promotional events and materials with branding guidelines. You'll also roll out sales-related training programs, and meet with guests and shipboard staff to get feedback and identify areas for improvement. You're our candidate if you have extensive promotional marketing, market research, and sales analysis experience with upscale cruise lines, or amusement and theme parks. Knowledge of data-driven decision making, point of sales (POS) systems, and business planning are key qualifications.
