Executive Chef - Azamara
Azamara, a Royal Caribbean brand, is looking for an Executive Chef. Our company has three small boutique luxury vessels - Azamara Journey, Azamara Quest, and Azamara Pursuit - and operates worldwide. We offer longer stays, more overnights, and country-intensive itineraries to our guests. We make it a top priority to deliver a first-class dining experience at every meal. Azamara's Destination Immersion allows us to use only the freshest ingredients, and our menus are inspired by regional and local specialties. The Shipboard Executive Chef is responsible for giving our guests an unforgettable gastronomic journey at sea. This is a hands-on working position. The Executive Chef will be intimately involved with every plate served to our guests through general planning, preparation, and presentation. We are seeking those who possess leadership and management skills, which includes directing, coaching, supporting, supervising, and evaluating the performance of all Galley crew members. To join Azamara in this fantastic role, you must have proven experience of budgets and financial management within a corporate environment; extensive managerial experience within large galley and kitchen teams; passion and dedication; and at least five years of experience in a similar role.
