Assistant Housekeeping Manager
Assistant Housekeeping manager coordinate, schedule, and supervise job done in Guest Staterooms, corridors, pantries, lockers, working in conjunction with the Houseekeping Director to direct, coach, support, supervise, and evaluate the performance of direct reports. He/she conducts inspections; manages assignment of duties and workstations to the staff; as well as handles and maintains records, reports, supplies, and equipment. Requirements for this role include good leadership skills, experience in the same role in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise line; knowledge of proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques, and use of equipment; and completion of basic education or its equivalent.
