PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager is responsible for creating and directing the operational project plans for all Private Destinations and Royal Beach Clubs. This role is accountable for understanding the design and guest experience vision (i.e. “The What”) defined by Product Development and ensures the Operations Team has the right resources (i.e. “The How”) to deliver the vision. Additionally, this role supports the transition from development to Operation with the Private Destinations Operations Team, Product Development, Contractors/Vendors, and Corporate Support Departments. The Project Manager aligns the efforts of the Product Development, Construction, and Operations Teams by ensuring accuracy of information, coordinating shared resources, planning operational changes based on construction works, troubleshooting challenges, and more. When required the Project Manager will also manage internal projects outside of the Product Development scope.
