The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for providing overall leadership to the entire Island Food and Beverage Operation. This includes ensuring that all Front of House and Back of House Food and Beverage preparation, production and venues for both guests and crew are operating in accordance with Company Operating Standards. The Food and Beverage Director supports the General Manager of the Island in all operational aspects of F&B areas to ensure the site performance objectives are met, associated with designated KPI’s and company targets for guest satisfaction, shareholder value, employee satisfaction, and other key results areas.
