Schedule Operations Specialist, Operations Leads, General Workers/Island Attendants, and support positions to maintain the high quality visual standard guidelines. Ensure Specialist and Leads own their areas of responsibility, always review and correct performance, and maintain checklists to record completion of work. Ensure beaches are groomed daily including the removal of debris, seaweed, garbage, and rocks. Schedule Lead Housekeeper, Housekeeper, and support positions to maintain the high quality visual standard guidelines. Ensure Lead Housekeeper own their areas of responsibility, always review and correct performance, and maintain checklists to record completion of work. Schedule Operations Leads and Drivers to operate a high quality transportation operation ensuring operational efficiency, best in class Guest Service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Ensure Leads own their areas of responsibility, always review and correct performance, and maintain checklists to record completion of work. Schedule Operations Leads and Laundry Specialist to operation an efficient laundry operation. Ensure Leads own their areas of responsibility, always review and correct performance, and maintain checklists to record completion of work. Supervises the Guest Services Attendants with the Guest Experience Manager. Monitor the Ask Me Team with other Operations Leadership throughout the Call Day and ensuring they are meeting expected standards and conveying accurate information. Maintain visual standard guidelines for furniture, signage, and equipment. Liaise with Operations Specialist to remove, repair, or replace any items that do not meet standards.
