Housekeeping Director
In charge of overseeing the Housekeeping Department onboard the ship, Housekeeping Director ensures our guests enjoy the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service. To be successful as part of the housekeeping management team, candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, demonstrate exemplary leadership skills, and possess the ability to create a positive work environment. The Housekeeping Director is responsible for providing overall leadership in the ship’s Housekeeping Operations ensuring all guest public areas throughout the vessel are operating in accordance with Company Operating Standards. The Housekeeping Director ensures the achievement of company targets for guest satisfaction, shareholder value, employee satisfaction, and other key results areas.
