Cleaners ensure the cleanliness of staterooms, crew member cabins, offices, and public areas using proper cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques. He/she informs management of any malfunctioning lighting, heating, and ventilation equipment. Cleaners assist the food service personnel in the collection of china, glassware, and silverware, and transporting them in designated collection areas; and also cleans, maintains, and replenishes towels and amenities in the spa area, if assigned. Candidates are required to have completed basic education equivalency; experience in a similar role; knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling, and good communication skills.
