Cruise Sales Associate

Our Cruise Sales Associates drive sales, ratings, and monthly revenue targets. They also create exceptional guest experiences by assisting general hotel operations.

To join us, you must have excellent customer service and public speaking skills, product knowledge, and an effective sales pitch. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or work experience in a related field is an advantage.

Along with your formal application, you need to have ready a 4-minute video of you hosting a “pretend” future cruise seminar. The video should:

• NOT include any slides in your presentation
• NOT have any edits.
• Be addressed to guests currently cruising onboard.
• Use ICON OF THE SEAS as the presentation topic.
• Include the benefits of booking onboard with NextCruise.
