NS GENERAL MANAGER Executive
TheGeneral Manager is a strategic professional who develops and implementsoperational strategies and procedures for Royal Beach Club at Paradise Island.This position is responsible for leading the Royal Beach Club at ParadiseIsland team to deliver sustained superior performance by fostering a positivework environment, prioritizing strategic goals, allocating resources, promotingoperational excellence and safety, developing leaders and staff, andchampioning a world-class Guest Experience. The General Manager providesguidance and strategic direction to deliver the long-term vision for RoyalBeach Club consistent with the Royal Caribbean International brand standardsand ensure performance objectives are met or exceeded. The General Manager will report to the Boardof Directors and perform duties as determinedby the Royal Caribbean Director of Beach Clubs.
Allduties and responsibilities are performed following company standards; policies;SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); and public health, safety, security, and environmentalGuidelines.
