Galley Steward Head

This team is in charge of cleaning all food preparation work areas, galleys, dish/pot washers and related venues onboard the ship and ensuring proper waste handling. All tasks must be performed according to Save the Waves program and U.S.P.H regulations. Previous stewarding experience in a hotel, resort of cruise ship is helpful to join this team. Ability to follow instructions is required


Hiring Requirements:

• Minimum one year previous kitchen steward experience, preferably in a 4 or 5 star restaurant, hotel or high volume food service facility.
• Experience cleaning complicated kitchen equipment.
• Completion of high school or basic education equivalency preferred.
Internal Candidate Requirements:


    · Completion of one contract with a performance rating of satisfactory or above.
    · USPH and onboard hygiene knowledge ad compliance
    · Exceptional knowledge of Clean as we go and all other onboard operational policies, basic mathematic and cost awareness.
