CC FACILITIES MAINT LEAD - X

The Facilities Maintenance Lead supports the day-to-day maintenance operations of the Carpenters. The position
provides leadership and management to the Team of Carpenters. This role coordinates and oversees Team workload,
provides support, monitors challenges, and meets targets and quality standards. The Facilities Maintenance Lead
possesses delivers industry-leading service and demonstrates exemplary technical skills. The role must have excellent
skills in communication, multitasking, and be detailed orientated while establishing and driving a positive working
environment.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way
philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
