NS ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER

The Environmental Officer is responsible for overseeing the Company’s environmental policies, procedures, and systems.
This position serves as the destination subject matter expert on environmental regulations. The primary duty is to ensure
that the destination follows applicable local, regional, federal, port, and international environmental laws and regulations,
as well as Company policies. The Environmental Officer provides direct environmental compliance assistance and advice
to the Technical Director. For other matters such as safety and public health, the Environmental Officer supports General
Manager, Port Captain Safety, and Public Health Officer. Due to the nature of the role, the Environmental Officer
collaborates with all departments, Team Members, and in all areas of the destination. Environmental Stewardship provides
technical support and oversight, as needed, on environmental compliance matters.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way
philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
