NS ASSISTANT IT MANAGER
| The Assistant Information Technology Manager assists the Information Technology Manager in overseeing the technical aspects of IT operations. This role focuses on network infrastructure while supporting IT business systems and related equipment by providing knowledgeable support within the timeframes defined in Service Level Agreements. The position is also responsible for the tactical maintenance of communications systems on Private Destinations, monitoring system performance, and providing support to maintain maximum uptime of all supported systems. The Assistant Information Technology Manager is directly responsible for the IT requests from Labadee and supervision of the IT Officers working on both Destinations and IT Support Technician. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
