| The Cook Assistant Commis is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality foods as per recipe standards. This position assists the Chef de Partie and to execute meal production demand daily. Knowledge of food menus, recipes, food ingredients, allergens, and basic cooking methods is required. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
