The Restaurant Attendant is responsible to deliver industry-leading hospitality standards in F&B venues and back-of-house dining. This role focuses on exceeding Guest Satisfaction and continuously demonstrates a passion for Customer Service excellence. The Restaurant Attendant supports the Venue Manager in all operational aspects of F&B areas to ensure the destination performance objectives, KPI’s, Guest and Team Member Satisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet and exceed Company targets. This position requires excellent Guest engagement, speed of service, and product knowledge.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
