| The Lead Shore Excursions is responsible to deliver industry-leading hospitality standards in the tours and excursions experience on the Destination. This position supervises Shore Excursions tours, engages with Guests, and drives a positive working environment with a focus on customer service and safety in all activities. This role observes and monitors the weather that impacts the daily tour’s operation and must ensure compliance with departmental operating procedures. The Lead Shore Excursions specializes in guiding activities such as Zipline, Kayak, Wave Jet, etc., and trains and develops Shore Excursions Team Members. The role focuses on Guest safety, responds to any type of emergency, and performs lifesaving procedures. This position requires excellent Guest engagement, leadership skills, concentration, attention to detail, knowledge of products and services. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
