The Lead Housekeeper is responsible for supervising the preparation and service in all back-of-house areas including but not limited to, all indoor and outdoor recreation areas, offices, restrooms, central laundry, laundry self-service rooms, and all Team Members, and Contractors rooms on rotation. The Lead assigns duties, inspects work, corrects tasks not completed according to the standards, and manages Housekeeping requests from the Management. This role possesses a strong Team Member engagement personality with good social and communication skills. This position leads by example and requires exemplary organization, customer service focus, attention to detail, effective decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, training, and knowledge of the product and service standards. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
