The Guest Service Attendant is responsible to deliver industry-leading hospitality standards in the welcome and farewell experience on the Destination. This role focuses on exceeding Guest satisfaction by proactively engaging with Guests, answering their questions, and guiding them to the venues, tours, and attractions. The Guest Services Attendant supports the Guest Services Lead and Island Experience Manager in all operational aspects of Guest and VIP Services. This position requires excellent Guest engagement, professional appearance, knowledge of products and services. All duties and responsibilities are to be performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
