CC HOUSEKEEPER - X

The Housekeeper is responsible for the preparation and service in all back of house areas including but not limited to, all back of house indoors and outdoors recreation areas, offices, public restrooms, laundry self-service rooms, all Team Members, and selected Contractors’ rooms on rotation. The Housekeeper also assists in the upkeep of front-of-house offices, restrooms and public spaces as designed by the Island Experience Manager. This position requires exemplary organization, customer service focus, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the product and service standards.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
