| The Restroom Attendant is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all Guest restrooms, showers, and smoking areas. This position ensures work areas are Guest-ready and restrooms are fully equipped with the appropriate sanitary items. This role also assists in the upkeep of offices, back-of-house areas, and housing on turnaround days as designated by the Island Operations Lead or Manager. The Restroom Attendant requires exemplary organization, customer service focus, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the product and service standards. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
