NS OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

The Operations Director is a professional that partners with the Leadership Team to develop and implement Destination operations strategies and procedures. This position is responsible for the delivery of the Guest experiences at the Destination including all operational aspects of guest service, facility upkeep, and cleanliness. The Operations Director also serves as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team by providing direction and guidance. This role must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of operations: Guest Service, Budget, Revenue, Operational Excellence, Guest Satisfaction, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Safety, Chemical Management, and Training.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
