The Lounge Technician is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, repair, inspection and troubleshooting of all entertainment audio and video equipment and lighting systems. This position supports the Entertainment Team to ensure equipment is set up correctly and safe for Entertainers, Guests, and Team Members. This role also assists Human Resources with internal events, for example, movie nights, karaoke events, parties, and more. This position requires excellent Guest and Team Member engagement, professional appearance, physical fitness, skill at working with sound and video equipment, knowledge of products and services. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
