CM IT MANAGER

TheIT Manager is responsible for the operational and technical aspects of IToperations on the Destination supporting IT business systems and relatedequipment by providing knowledgeable support within the timeframes defined inService Level Agreements. The position is also in charge of the tacticalmaintenance of communications systems, monitoring system performance, andproviding support to maintain maximum uptime of all supported systems. The ITManager supports the Port Director in all operational aspects of IT operations toensure the Destination performance objectives, KPI’s, Guest and Team Membersatisfaction, and other key results areas consistently meet and exceed Company’stargets. This position leads by example and requires exemplary organization, multitasking,attention to detail, leadership skills, excellent Guest and Team Memberengagement, training, and knowledge of the IT product and service standards.
