The Strategic Sourcer executes all strategic sourcing activities in partnership with the Private Destinations talent acquisition initiatives across entry levels and functions. The goal is to ensure that the organization can consistently proactively deploy the right people, in the right place, at the right time, at the most efficient cost, and for them to be fully engaged.
