MANAGER OF ISLAND PROJECTS AND INNOVATION

The Manager of Island Projects & Innovation plays a critical role in bridging design, construction, and operations for Royal Caribbean’s Private Destinations and Royal Beach Clubs. This position ensures the interests of Operators and the Guest Experience are represented throughout design, architecture, construction, and implementation. The Manager of Island Projects & Innovation advocates for functional, safe, and intuitive solutions at every project stage and ensures that all areas are engineered, built, and delivered to meet operational standards, safety and public health requirements, and long-term maintainability expectations. The role collaborates extensively and receives guidance from the Director of Island Projects & Innovation to ensure seamless activation and opening readiness.
