NS SECURITY GUARD

The Security Guard is responsible forensuring the safety and security of the Private Destination. The Security Guardwill be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our Teammembers, Visitors, and property. This role focuses on Guests, Team Members, andVisitors’ safety and responds to any emergency. The Security Guard will assistwith the security and surveillance of Guests, Team Members, Visitors,equipment, and systems to ensure safety at the Destination. This position leadsby example and requires exemplary organization, attention to detail, excellentGuest and Team Member engagement, and product and service standards knowledge.The Security Guard must have a high integrity, be professional in manner andcommunication, and meticulous in their work with the ability to apply criticalthinking to identify risks and determine appropriate action. This positionreports to the Security Supervisor and assists in implementing and running theDestination Security Plan to ensure a secure environment.
