Cruise Sales Associate

Cruise Sales Associates (CSAs) are responsible for explaining and promoting the different brands, itineraries, vessels, and stateroom categories to all guests on board. He/she focuses on ratings, monthly revenue targets, and operational goals to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results. The CSA also assists intraining, coaching, and mentoring potential members of the Cruise Sales team. A background in sales and guest relations, previous experience in a travel agency, attention to detail, excellent presentation skills, and strong knowledge of geography are preferred for this position.
