Chef de Partie

As an integral part of the culinary team, our chefs de partie supervise and coordinate all activities of a particular workstation dedicated to preparing and cooking food products for various outlets, while maintaining and enforcing U.S.P.H standards. A minimum of four years of experience cooking and preparing food in a 4 or 5 star hotel, restaurant, or high volume food service facility is required, along with proof of cook apprenticeship or equivalent.
