Chef de Partie - Butchery

Aside from efficiently handling meat and poultry production, you will also supervise, train, and monitor the 1st Cook, Cook, and Assistant Cook Butcher at their stations. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you must make sure all equipment and machinery are properly running. If you have extensive experience in a similar role, whether in a hotel, resort, restaurant, cruise ship, supermarket, or factory, we’d like you to join us at sea!
