Learning and Development Consultant
Learning and Development (L&D) Consultants serve as mentors who influence the development of At Sea employees through professional training and development programs. He/she conducts assessments and creates plans to enhance productivity and growth. The L&D Consultant should be knowledgeable in adult learning principles and techniques on coaching, mentoring, and consulting. The ability to facilitate small or large groups; superior time management and organizational skills; experience in coaching senior-level leadership; and Human Resources or Psychology degrees from accredited educational institutions are required for this position.
